There's a list on that big thread I mentioned that will help as there are some mods that can't be updated, the author won't update 'em or have been updated but you have to delete the one you have now and subscribe to the new one. This wont prevent the system from updating ever. The ones that needed updating and that have been updated should have updated by now on your PC thru the normal steam update process. Once you run the program, all you have to do is tap Stop Updates to cancel future updates indefinitely.
